3 - Siu Un (male), age 37, from the village of Plei Glung , district of Ayun Pa, province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on February 6, 2001 and date of trial was September 26, 2001 sentenced 6 - 8 to prison in Ha Nam.

4 - Ksor Alik (male), age 51, from the village of Plei Breng 1, district of Ia Grai, province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on Appril 24, 2004 and date of trial was May 30, 2005 sentenced 8 years to prison in Ha Nam.

5 – Puih Em, (male), age 50, from the village of Plei Ia Lang , city of Plei Ku , province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on September 28 , 2002, and date of trial was November 20, 2002, sentenced 7 years to prison but don't know where.

6 - Lat (male) age 41, from the village of Plei Nha Prong , city of Plei Ku , province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on July 15, 2002 and date of trial was September 27, 2002 sentenced 7 years to prison in Ha Nam.

7 - Rim (male) age 55, from the village of Plei Ia Lang , city of Plei Ku , province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on September 28-2002 and date of trial unknown but has been sentenced 6 years to prison in Ha Nam .

8 - Ksor Har (male) age 51, from the village of Plei Ia Gri , district of Plei Ku, province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned in Aug of 2004 and he has been at the prison facility T-20 in Pleiku.

9 - Uui (male) age unknown, from the village of Plei Djrong , district of Dak Doa, province of Gia Lai . He was arrested and imprisoned on September 17, 2004 and date of trial unknown but has been sentenced 4 years to prison in Ha Tinh.
